Lol. You guys should remember, that selling is illegal, of course! Uploading isn't the problem.

I mean, only dumb people burn CDs and sell them. It's so easy. If you sell a CD to someone and that person goes to the police, of course they will arrest you if they find some illegal stuff at your pc. Those guys were just too stupid to understand that they should not sell any stuff!

They BOUGHT the CDs from them and that is the reason they got caught. And when police catch somebody both the source and the destination are caught.
 
btw there are like too many pirated cd sellers at hyd and they have like their shops opened up ..... and they don't get caught ^o) ... weird ....

Nooot. There is a big difference. If you rip and upload, then you are doing illegal stuff. If they showed that he RIPPED CDs, then he is dumb 'cause I would never do that.

Hum, okay. Well, if you own such a warez-site I would pay attention to that. If they were arrested because of warez-hosting, then it's clear enough.
