I don't believe the world will end in 2012 or 2116, It's funny how everytime we get close to the world ending it doesn't end.

Year 2000 - world will end due to computers not knowing how to calculate the time.

Year 2008 - Recreation of the big bang theory via large hadron collider will create a black hole and suck us all into our demise

Year 2011 - Everyone still alive
