the account was setup really fast

I bought the 1st plan, the speeds are good both RL and TF. Overall this is a very fast and good plan ,but this isn't good for heavy uploaders; today mine won't load and he said I got my 200 gig BW depleted. I said I need the proof for logs of my BW but he ignored me. If you never intend me to give the proof it's ok, I am just warning the people who'll buy and do some heavy uploading.
