Dedicated 1Gbps Premium BW in Netherlands

So its like this, i actually want a dedicated server using Leaseweb/Evoswitch network.

And im looking for anything like this:
CPU: Doesnt matter, only it can handle 1Gbps connection.
Ram: 4GB
HDD: 500GB (preferably only one drive on 500GB, if 2 HDD on 250GB it should be able with Raid, software raid.)
Location: Netherlands
Network: 1Gbps Full Duplex, Premium BW.
Bandwidth: Atleast 20TB (Upload) per month.

So i know some here would write 100TB servers at Leaseweb or resellers using leaseweb, but no, they are so called Volume, i want Premium network.
And when im browsing around on leaseweb trying to get a server with 1Gbps and atleast 20TB bandwidth and premium network everything just get very expensive... :/
I can do 120 Euro/month. Max 145 Euro/month if its something really good.

So anyone, feel free to help me and find what i need, if there is a cheaper way to get a good server with 1Gbps and premium bw.

@flow123, i have already checked them out and tested one server there. They are not using leaseweb/evoswitch network.
Their network might be good but not the best if you should peer to sweden.

Look at this, this is 1000mbps.com network provider, so called Base IP:
http://bgp.he.net/AS34305

And then leaseweb:
http://bgp.he.net/AS16265
And if you look at that circle "IPv4 Peers" on above link they have 41% to TeliaNet, which is sweden. And at Base IP they doesnt seem to have any peering at IPv4 if you look at the link above.

Sorry i missed this in first post, but now you know why it should use leaseweb/evoswitch network -> good peering to sweden.
