If you, like me, were on the German server, you're f*cked. He only refunds or moves you to a HF banned US server.

I choose refund, which leaves me with empty hands.
 
Okay, so i talked to him, and i guess i'll have to settle for a refund as well as i dont want to use the USA server.

But anyway, it was nice dealing with EnCiPh3r, good fellow
 
Will the current problems on your other servers affect those of us using the server thats due to get shut today Enci? If it's going to take time to move us to another server due to this i have another one with you i can use, but need to know so i know whether to upgrade it's bandwidth or not as i think it's only on 500 GB lol.

Ok the server which was gonna die today will stay till 24th big mess up @ softlayer side

if u still have time left on that server then ill push u for sure :D on different server

Mate 4 days refund :P or if u wanna renew service i can push u on other server
 
That server doesn't run out until the 26th for me so at least i get to try a different server's speeds for 2 days, as long as it's not the same as my other one as it gets crap speeds to the only divx streaming site i send to but decent speeds to the normal filehosts whereas the one that's shutting gets 80mb/s to the divx streaming site.

I'll be sad to see that one go :D

Yes, unlucky probably. However , if you browse through the thread you'll see that quite a few people got problems.

But my impression is that this host is a noob and has not attempted to help his customers when his provider failed.

As you can see in the review thread, he said he accepted $7 now and $4 in a couple of days. Then several minutes said he never said that. Why?

'Because he was 'multi tasking'? :))
