Okay, I'm taking a look at the prolimehost site now, and the only plan being offered is the Platinum plan -which, by the way, you don't find out until you start the buying process. You can't host warez links with the Platinum plan, right? That rule still applies, even though you're offering nothing else?

I'm worried too about this situation because the main site is also down. Any news about that? It's been almost 12 hours and my sites still down and I don't have any news.

This makes three of us, I tried to get onto my site this afternoon without any luck, so I tried the prolimehost home page without any luck.

I have sent them a pm and I hope to hear back from them soon.

I agree with these comments 100%, I hope that we have not lost too much data, but the main thing is that you are dealing with the problem and hopefully we will be back soon.

I was getting a bit worried though, which is understandable, but it looks like you are shining through once again.

if i had done this a bit before then i had got a free month ....

guys i dont think our data will be lost ..... i just love the service by prolime host and just want to get my site up again :D...btw this is like the first major downtime in past 4-5 months ...so its not that bad :D

Curious, when you say you've been hosting for a long time and have over 35 servers. Can you provide proof of this?

As a whois on your domain shows you registered the name on:
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]13-apr-2008

Now, considering thats almost a year. I still wouldnt consider it "a long time".

updates for other customer...

we have hired third party data recovery experts and they have recovered everything we are only stuck with one account/one domain which is creating problem for us, we will give a last try to recover that domain name for next 1 hour more and i it wont done then we will simply put other site online and will leave that domain, as that domain is also responsible for all the downtime >> as it got a huge ddos
