10Gbps Uplink RDP with 96GB RAM USA

Guys im planning to add New server in my fleet with 10Gbps Uplink and with 96GB RAM uploaders still use USA location ? your feedback is required so i may add this one as soon as possible

USA is the worst location for uploaders.

Best locations are:

#1 Netherlands
#2 France
#3 Germany

If you buy a 10Gbps use a pure SSD dedicated server to handle that speed.
