I am sorry to say that but currently RDA plans are out of stock
You were refunded your payment

You can still order our Xen Plan 3 (500 GB HDD and 3 GB RAM) and can have windows OS installed on it

Use the Xen 1 GBps VPS link in client area and order plan 3
Also, make a support ticket or include in NOTES that you want Windows OS (2003/2008)
 
Hi,

Just got the refund... I checked the Xen 3 plan.... It's 5 USD more with a limited 2.5TB bw vs Unmetered for the RDA

Is it possible to have an Unmetered for the same price (55 USD) ?

I Never used a vps before what's the differences with the RDA ?

Am I allowed to run specific softwares like mediainfo, mkvmerge/Mkvextract on the VPS ?

In RDA you dont get Admin permissions to install any application at will but in vps you do
In RDA other ppl share same server so they may hinder your cpu or speed or load etc but in vps only you are on your own small server with private space and full control

Also, vps is quite better than RDA in all aspects and other users might be able to proove it :)
Xen vps are $5 extra due to the above difference and limited clients/vps on node + virtualization etc
You can have UL BW as well but that would cost extra
Instead you can have 5 TB or 10 TB BW at extra price for cheap

I may need your help at the beginning coz it's my first VPS...

Another question: VPS can be used for video encoding too ? or just "lights apps" ?

i paid for the server and it should work till 7.10.

I already said I will be off for a week, and also Shubhank is also off for a week.

So its me only who is sparing some time to come online.
Your ticket will be answered as soon as Shubhank or DJ comes online.

I am not having any details at the moment of the servers.

These past 2 weeks were total mess as all 3 admins were kinda out of Net/PC access

I myself was outta town since 2 weeks due to some private family cause and didnt had any net or pc access

I have just returned today
If possible can you please PM me your problem

Also, WHMCS is messed up with bugs, I think the new Version is just shit so we will be transferring to a custom billing system

It seems Shubhamk runs into these 'family problems' a lot just as he is expected to answer problems or return money.
