50 streams is then 50x951.580 Kbits/s which is 47,579 Mbit/s (5.94 MB) if im correct, so that is within 100Mbit/s line.
Within one month of such data transfer you will transfer 15,4 TB of data.
I can provide 1gbps server with 24 CPU threads, 48GB RAM that can transfer 30 TB of data for $190...
That is low data transfer rate. Not even 0,5 MB per second
I can offer Windows server within your budget, but im not sure what are you requirements regarding server specs.
Usually is mentioned
cpu type / core count / ghz
disk space
ram / GB
uplink / mbps
data transfe rmonthly minimum
And one stream needs how many kilobytes or megabytes per second? Or in total how many megabytes is required to be transfered? Any data transfer monthly limit in mind? Any disk space minimum?

You need to ask providers with whom you experienced bad performance. It is also possible that some offers aim is to impress potential customer by the network speed but in fact speed is shared between many people and moreover storage setup is weak thus ruining user experience even more.
Simply You would need drive configuration that allows 1,25 gigabytes per second.
Use raid calculator to compute which configuration is needed: Free RAID Calculator - Calculate RAID Array Capacity and Fault Tolerance.
Depends if you need to write or read at this speed. Usually servers are used...

Most common are 1gbit ports. You can get 10gbbit which is around 1.2 gigabytes per second which is around 1MB/s for one of the thousand movie watchers. Assuming your HDD reading speed is 1GB/s (SSD in Raid 0 i guess). Such server can be offered for couple of hundred dollars. Regarding cloud, i...
in terms of network speed, i think some lightweight seedbox wont be signifficantly faster than a normal VPS. Network speed depends on what share VPS has on the network connection.
Better you say which speed is not enough and which speed you require. I assume you require windows os
