This host is almost perfect. The only thing it needs to fix is its payment system, because you can't rely on the money you earn from this host. You can't request a payout, and you never know when you'll receive your payment.

The worst update by far. They should let us request our own payouts. First of all, some people want to reach a specific amount before withdrawing, and with you guys, that's not possible either. If you want to withdraw, you can't; instead, it feels like a pyramid scheme where they pay some people using others' money.

Does anyone know why none of the videos have thumbnails? I noticed there's a "Generate splash image set" option, but it can't be enabled. Is there a reason why it's unavailable?
They've been broken for almost a week.
im still getting paid. my next one is due for 1st Aug. i should receive it on about the 7th.
ive had a few in the last few days that have taken a very long time to encode, does it bother me, yes slightly, am i patient, yes, does it eventually get done, yes.
maybe they had someone in the last few days upload tens of thousands of files.

How many ads do they actually show with 0% mode? They claim it's only two pop-ups, but I bet it's way more.
Well, not exactly... They do pay sometimes, but not always, and often with delays.
These delays can be so long that one payment has a “PROCESSING” status, while another is already waiting in the queue with a “PENDING” status, because it takes them so long to process the payment.
I wouldn't accuse everyone of lying just because you don't have any problems.
There are people who, for some legitimate reason, don't actually get paid, but when there are so many complaints, it suggests that something is not right.
Support sucks, too, because they don't reply and automatically close tickets that nobody has even read.
The lack of any response here on the forum isn't a good sign either.
They don't have enough staff to fix almost one year old bugs on their website, and they don't have enough staff to run a wjunction support thread. If they had good finances with a decent buffer they would hire additional personel immediately and also pay uploaders with less hassle. There are many clear signs that they struggle financially.
