not paypal was the problem. this guy sky92100 wrote to aparat, and told them, he is me, and aparat need to send MY money to his webmoney.. and aparat sent my money to him. Luckily I spoke with aparat support, and I got my payment.. never trust this guy sky92100! he is a scammer!!!!
