I am in process of getting a refund reviewed as unhappy with the speeds on server but yesterday they got "DDoS'd" then now today it looks like the problem we faced a while back with boxslots.com when it went down: Down for Maintenance We are currently performing maintenance and will be back...

Hello, Please avoid these at all expense, I ordered a UK RDP and was deployed an NL RDP, fair do's they give me 10days extra credit for the slow delay, but when I asked for a refund as I never wanted the NL RDP I have been ignored 3 times, I disputed for a refund via PayPal as there website...

What about addiontal IP's how many can you have and how much do they cost?

I put in a dispute on paypal and included links to topics here and also screenshots to unanswered ticket, unable to access VPS and accountdetails where IP is on boxslots client area, I just want me money back now

Myticket is unanswered after nearly 24 hours, my VPS was reset to CentOS from fully running ubuntu 11.04 and root password is no longer accessible, I will be disputing this with paypal if no reply soon

mine wouldn't work by using apt-get update! had to go in manually and update resolv.conf then it updated but unable to use usenet on it :| program installed okish had to brute force ip:8080/sabnzbdplus and nothing is downloading on it :( hope issues for vps.boxslots.com:5656 gets sorted ASAP as...

I can;t get on boxslots.com or vps.boxslots.com:5656 have flushed DNS and still not working also tried: the IP way and still no access, whereas I could access last night, I did receive my details for VPS though so thats a plus, how do I go about getting my 2 weeks free?
