You're dreaming. With the possible exception of Rapidshare, no filehost will let you store 20TB of files. And rapidshare isn't an option now because they'll delete your account on a whim. The "best place" to store your 20TB is your hard-drive. Go buy 7x3TB hdds and store your files there.
