hello sean , i am from Egypt and would like to know if u are planning to return withdraw with visa again because here in Egypt we cannot do bank transfer the only option available is bank wire :(

We have collected a lot of useful data about the AlertPay PrePaid Cards which will enable us to create the most reliable experience for you and the rest of the AlertPay community in the very near future.
However, there are going to be some changes taking place. We are going to use the data we have collected to improve our AlertPay PrePaid Card program as we prepare for a wider release. In the mean time, we have discontinued all new AlertPay PrePaid Card applications while the changes are being made.
This means that any new cards orders will be placed on hold until we are satisfied with the final product. Furthermore, members will not be permitted to withdraw funds in their e-wallet to their AlertPay PrePaid Cards.
We cannot settle on a service just in order to offer it – we want to give you the best!

when?????

In my school, college, university and in job we always knew what will happen when, something called "planning". So is there something like that existing in Alertpay which Alertpay would like to share (part of it) with their customers ?

A line like "We expect that Alertpay Prepaid cards will be available in first Quarter of year 2025" ...that will be a relief. Please be businessmen, no statements like politicians.

Further..what does this means?
Furthermore, members will not be permitted to withdraw funds in their e-wallet to their AlertPay PrePaid Cards.
So Prepaid Card will be usable for what ?

I donno why, but it seems Alertpay replies are lagging. Not like before when it was instant. But still, they are doing a good job.

Hi Everyone

Sorry for the lag in not answering questions in the thread. We had a major storm in Montreal that severely affected power in certain parts of the city; unfortunately our office was affected as well.

Cheers

Hi MSL6600

For Bangladesh you withdrawal options is bank wire.

If you’d like to verify your account you can do so by bank wire deposit.
Since we want our members to verify their accounts and to have as many options as possible to do so, we are going to waive the usual bank wire deposit fee just for the purpose of verification. However, the minimum amount for deposit by bank account is $50.00 USD, so you cannot do bank wire verification if you do not intend to deposit at least $50.00.

Cheers

Hi Funxlab, tut2tut

I completely understand your frustration, and you have every right to feel the way you do. However, you must consider the nature of our business and the size and scale to which we have to implement everything.

We do plan, that’s why our prepaid card is still in beta. We are testing it fully. No planning would have meant releasing an untested product, to the anger of our customers.

We have 7 million members globally and counting. We have numerous banks, and service providers that we must negotiate, and ratify deals with. This is not a case of not planning, but rather relying on another party. Additionally, each country has its own banking regulations and processes. Thus, some services are much easier to support than in others.

At this moment, we are trying to build a more sustainable structure that supports our growth and ambitions. Unfortunately, it has come with a few hiccups, but we are trying to rectify these issues, and restore the services. We do not want to limit your options; it is not in AlertPay’s best interest.
No company, regardless of industry, is immune to bouts of delayed product launches, or temporary service issues.

I’m sorry if this comes across as politicking.

Hi Jayzzy, Shoaib Ibrahim, wafifandouli

I want to clarify that AlertPay does not randomly suspend accounts.

However, we take attempts to circumvent our protocols very seriously.

I strongly suggest you call AlertPay at 1-514-748-5774, and speak to a member of our security team in order to rectify this situation.

Cheers

Hi missingplugin
