I can't see any file I uploaded using FTP in the file manager today. What happened?
Hi,
I bought a fileserve premium account on the 28/06/2011 and got 45 days for the price of 30 days as it was a special offer. Well on the 28/07/2011 I got billed £9.99 for another 30 days on the re-occurring payment setup with Paypal. I was shocked to discover that on the 19/08/2011 my account is downgraded to Free!
By my calculations my 45 days should have run out on the 12/08/2011 then add the 30 days I paid from takes it till the 11/09/2011.
I contacted via fileserve site 7 days ago and got the email I am replying to, that was 5 days ago and still not had my account sorted or the premium dates corrected, I'm still listed as a free member. I emailed directly back and got another email with an account login and password which 1) wasn't mine and 2)an invalid account so that was pointless.
And now to make matters even worse I got billed another £9.99 today for 30 days via Paypal so now my fileserve account should expire 11/10/2011 yet its showing as a Free member. I am paying for a service that I'm not getting. I'm already 8 days without a premuim account I paid for so now my premuim account should expire 19/10/2011 to reimburse me for the missing days if you resolve it today (27/08/2011)
All my payments have been made via Paypal and transaction ID's can be provided.
Any help would be great as I don't know what to do

My Stats Is Frozen i Cant See Any Earning?What The Problem.

My FTP also says Cannot Connect and I've double checked everything.
After purchasing premium, upload speeds did not increase.
FileServe Manager is not working properly and ServeZip is slow as hell.
I have contacted FS via email twice in the last week and have gotten no response.
I feel as if I purchased Premium for what? Less wait time? The support has gone way down. This is rediculous, I probably will not be renewing my premium. My username there is DOPESTATUS
