Today i got this:

It seems that Rapidshare decided to change the password on the Premium Account we sent out and also told us that to many users tried to access the account, see what happens when you try and be nice....you get screwed.

Also if any of you have recieved an email or PM in regards to the other domain extensions please ignore it as a few accounts got hacked and emails/PMs sent out.

wrong , the .org was up before the .com .. but the .com owners scammed the .org owners then reopened usawarez with the original db.

Both sites are fugly. None are orignal , same skin , name , topics , categories.
 
Would "original" constitute being any of these:

  • First site in this scene to use this skin.
  • Responsible for the make-up of .org and .com.
  • Incorporating Streaming into this scene.
  • Creating the USAWarez name.
  • First AIO Warez, Streaming & Torrent Community.
  • Pushing for one of, if not the most highly modified forums around with great loading times.
If none of the above is considered being "original" please do explain. Considering all those above are things I myself have done.

Hard to be unique when things like:

  • Site #2 copies your additional work.
  • Site #2 copies your standards.
  • Site #2 fails to be unique on their own. (Thus resulting back to copying)
  • Site #2 purposely pushes the envelope to not be different but be more alike.
And every single time someone brings up this DB bullshit. Why don't you ask that owner of .org why exactly the DB was never uploaded? Perhaps he will explain to you why. Or simply just ask him why he never bothered to allow me access to SQL? Maybe because people ran around scaring the poor guy telling him I was going to take the .com domain back? Give me a break here. If I really had the mindset of screwing the dude I wouldn't have given him anything in the first place lol. I would have kept the money and said screw it from the get go.

You do motivate me though, and for that I thank you buddy. :P
 
I like the way it starts as spam from USAWarez, then it ends up about the DB again lol

Let it go now, forget about it, ToO is a good guy, yeah he has made mistakes, but haven't we all?

Good luck with .com bro, I got a felling you will make it BIG ;)

DXS told me whatever happened and whatever u did.So i wud go for .org rather than .com.
Would have been better if you would have started a new site, rather than just making another drama and trying to compete with usawarez.org
They have been working hard, let them flourish. Atleast , they haven't ruined their reputation like you did!
