May i add though in response to you saying "no website, no support".

1. Our website is under development, if you want to do something, you do it well. - Thats our aim.

2. We have brilliant support in our customers reviews, its just that we cant install HyperVM on OpenV that i know off, and other issues.

You don't need to be "rude" just because we cannot provide what you want.

Besides, wildfire95 told you something like this: "rent a server from us with the specifications you want to sell virtual machines". I believe you didn't accepted, right?! I'm sorry, but we won't overload our servers to make more profit. Costumer satisfaction is our goal.

This still means we had provided a solution to you. You simply didn't accept it for some reason ( I believe because you don't have the money or don't want to invest so much on it ).

We never said we had a website ready and you are not even our costumer at the moment to test our support. Since when... pre-sale questions is considered "support"?!

What is rude on my comment ? It's a fact. You don't have a proper website, you don't have a proper support software/script ? You don't have a proper webhosting business infrastructure which I also believe you don't have money or don't want to invest so much on it (take back your words) or you are just reseller and Wildfire95 never told me to rent a server from him/you to sell virtual machines and I never said presale question is a support. Go invest some money to build a proper hosting business .

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you didn't liked my sincerity of how I felt about what you said. We are not robots and my feelings were hurt at that time.

If wildfire95 didn't told you about that solution, then I apologise. He must had his reasons for not telling you. I trust on his judgement to do that or not, depending on the client... and now I can see why he didn't!

You are only certain in one thing about OpenVServers...! There is still no website ready with prices and policies. I won't deny that. It's still in development. Everything else you said... I won't even comment about it since does not worth it. Our current costumers knows the truth about it and that is what really matter to us. Since, most of our costumers comes from another costumers... that won't be a big problem. It's like a very small stone on our shoe.

I'm also sorry for the misunderstood about the following situation. I never said you told pre-sale questions are considered support either. I asked you that question, right?! That's all. But let me justify myself. I just said that because you said we had no support. Since you are not a costumer you couldn't even try our support. So, I tough you were considering that pre-sales questions, were considered support as well. That's why I asked...! Makes sense, right?!

Is your objective to defame the good name of OpenVServers?! Apparently, this is what you are doing. Just because you don't know about anything, doesn't mean doesn't exist. This last phrase makes any sense to you?! I hope so!

my review

This is the best vps company i have come across in months. Full movies are downloaded in just 13 seconds from rapidshare. The server is 99.99999 per cent up all the time. Great server , great speed, very stable, price is okay (except OS install charge being a lil too much) but yes you get what you pay for and i am already in love with this VPS.

Awesome support. The guy named Ricardo helped me a lot with my wordpress installation. He was very patient with my stupid questions on how to install apache, php5 and mysql and how to connect them all, the config file setup and everything because this i my first time i am hosting a website on the vps. Other times i only used RDP to download and upload videos.

I would suggest any not to think twice and just buy this for 1 month plan to know what i am talking about.
