reliable company offshore hosting

is there any reliable big company offshore hosting that allows porn? I've been reading through the threads and it seems like these smaller guys seem to always have problems with their servers going offline. I need a service that can promise at least 95% up time. LOL also looking through a couple threads these small guys seem to turn into scammers or completely ignore their customers. By big i mean the equivalent of hostgator...

i'm just indexing links with my wordpress blog, so i don't need anymore than 5gb. Well i just went with someone from wjunction and today the server just went down... LOL So seriously is there any companies as big as bluehost and hostgator that hosts offshore and allows porn? As for budget, anything under $20. And please stop naming services that are on wjunction, I'm looking for big hosters the size of hostagator and blue host, not hosters ran by 1-3 guys

I'm afraid to say that you will not find what you're looking for on the webz. A big web-hosting doesn't allow warez/illegal related sites. :-?

As long as you're using shared hosting you will face troubles and continuously downtime. That's the true.

If you're willing to spend more than $20 per month on a reliable hosting, actually it would be a vps.. you may try exmasters. Personally I didn't try it yet but I know many people hosting their "big sites" on exmasters servers and they never complained.

As hatem20 explained, there aren't any "big hosts" that support illegal activity. But I can recommend you some highly respected hosts, known for good service and uptime. I recommend you the following: Get a VPS from Motionite, XSLtel, or KnownSRV. I had a great experience with the last two and Motionite is also a well known host for most the members here.
