I dont know what is happening but i have just been informed by support that my server is not managed but on the first thread here it states that we are managed and i was informed that if i got cpanel and not kloxo i would be managed. Also just bought a shared plan to put a small site on and i cannot install vbulletin as some of the php services are disabled so it will not install. was told by support that these services are disabled for security reason but how can we install forum software with out these.

Here are the 2 errors
