I never said anything about their survival.
My point is that when you sign up to them, you agree to their terms. And their terms clearly state that they can terminate you as and when they want because you're uploading illegal files.
Now, if they come under legal pressure, they will terminate you. Kinda like what Hotfile did, if you remember?
About their survival. Oh you don't need to worry about that, to be honest. These filehosts have amassed enough wealth to not care about you uploaders. As they stand right now, they could easily close down and come back a while later under a new brand/name.
+1 310 I deleted my files overnight, how? I appear in dcmd I get deleted 0 files, 0 also as? Why? do nothing to respect, say they spend only a link ... to be seen ... we .. stop, fileserve other hand yesterday had to charge $ 81 not have done this to my account which put me to force the premium for one year plus another month .. I contact me and tell me the password change comes, hell .... I've never done this and now past the blame on others ...

What does them terminating someone's account have to do with this thread? This thread is about whether or not Fileserve is accounting for download numbers accurately or not, not about what they can do to you for uploading "illegal content". You talk about their terms that affiliates agreed to, but nowhere in those terms was anything stated about not counting downloads properly.
Now you wanna talk about the "illegal files" being hosted and affiliates profiting off of them, why are you acting like these filehosts aren't profiting off of those same so-called "illegal" files that you talk about?
@Cvrle77 I don't think the one file at a time download test is good enough to test if downloads are calculated correctly because it doesn't replicate typical download conditions. You would need to get a group of people from different IP ranges to download a file simultaneously then see how well the downloads are counted.
