sorry to say your site is under attack because your kloxo panel works i had this problem when my site was down and kloxo was working i was under ddos attack and i moved to ddos protection

its not dns issue

you could try adding cloudflare if same then move away

The issue is with your server or host. I just did a curl on your site and the connection was refused on both root and www (removing your IP info)

* couldn't connect to host

1st i have change my host and there is my website working but slow some time not open now i again come with my old vps so same prob why my website its not working with my vps its any prob with dns or any thing wrong plz help me thx i m waiting for your reply guys
