This should not be too much of a problem, we believe our powerful servers can handle this. Although we hope you are a good uploader if using a lot of traffic and space :D

Also: all payments have been paid yesterday
 
Could you consider to reduce the wait time between files? Right know you have to wait 60 mins for start the next download when other popular file-hosts have this parameter set to 10-15 or 20 mins.

Please consider my suggestion 8-)

Currently, this depends on the size of the file, users that download large files have to wait longer. A 60 min wait would be from a pretty large file, so a user must upgrade to premium if they wanted to download many large files fast.

So, for a 500MB/File you have to wait 60 Mins

Could you explain with more details your waiting time rule? I want work with FileHook but i need more info please!
 
there is only url of filesonic and encoded url is created by while beeing downloaded by browser or download manager. As I know with last try system still accept sharingmatrix
not filesonic. If you change it problem will be solved.

For many filesharing sites, with a premium account, you can enable direct downloads, have you tried this?
 
I know how to use remote and it does not work for your site cause its accepted as sharingmatrix not alive now, domain is filesonic and your system can not get file

We currently don't support filesonic, it is hard to keep track and support every other filehost since there are so many.
