NLVL Is a long time friend and even once a partner with me. His hosting is the best, fastest, cheapest, and best support your gonna get for onshore hosting. As far as it goes I have never found a better host.
 
1$ per year ??? did i read it correct ??? and a new guy with no posts at all ... cant watch for someone .. You need to show some other people which are trusty and well known

However, not everything is that black, you ARE autorized to use WHCMS, just checked...

Is there custom windows VPS plans that you offer? I would need something with ridiculous small amount of space and bandwidth...

We have been operating for nearly 2 years.
 
Well i cant say if its true or not true. If its not true he will get down with his server, for example ban, because its against TOS for scamming people but lets hope its not a scam.
