@ stavrischr: No. It is done by the system. It doesn't differentiate between you doing it intentionally or not. Period.

Rather than trying to figure out why your FS was disabled, maybe you should take a deep look into why your computer has a big gaping hole of a breach in it.

How long I need to wait? It will be unbanned by the system automatically?
 
@RickyFS: I won't share my account but I'm using VPS/Dedicate/TorrentLeech from USA to download. So it will show 2 or more IP "favourite", how your system treat my account? like stavrischr's account.
Don't do it like a machine, we're human, we're co-operation! Please change your setting on your system about "sharing account". Lets do it like RS before, if one account got more than 5 different IPs access in hours / day, the account will be locked and email the notification to owner. I think it's the best way for you. :)
 
@ stavrischr: It won't be unbanned. It is permanently banned for breach of Terms & Conditions and there's nothing I can do about it.

A system ban is a permanent irreversible ban.

People should learn to take precautions of not to press every .exe file they stumble upon or type in their user/pass on a site that will give you a million bucks in return.

No, so there's nothing to worry about unless you start sharing your details left and right.

All your info about the ban is gathered from the last 2 pages. There are no concerns for people with VPS/dedis and whatever. There's clear rules for what you can do and what you can't do. You want to walk the edge by downloading simultaneously, be my guest, just don't come back and cry if you do get banned.

And if you're concerned, 'stavrischr' wasn't an affiliate.

Worst service every. I used other file sharing websites in the past with not even a single problem. I made the silly mistake to move to fileserve because it was cheep and know I'm paying for my mistake.

By the way I bought 6months and I used only 1 of them.

Thanks for not supporting me. WORST SUPPORT EVER
 
@ gibalah & ziammez: It's common sense. Here are some guidelines:

1. Don't download .exe files and think you will get premium forever.
2. Don't download a cookie generator that promises you will get working cookies forever.
3. Don't rent a VPS from some low life guy who barely has money to design his own homepage.
4. Don't share your username/password to your friends.
5. Don't download a screensaver that will show Megan Fox making a porno.
6. Don't download from 5 different VPS in 5 different countries in hopes that you will not get caught and you will download faster and act innocent if you do get caught.
7. Change your password frequently.
8. Don't use the same password you use for your email.
9. Don't let people use your computer.
10. Don't login from your favourite public library and think their system is secured.

Want more guidelines? I think they're quite straightforward.

And my support to you is long overdue. Period.

This item is very useful to me.
So far, I only login my account from 1 IP at the same time.
Now I know that to use 3 ~ 4 IPs is also safe. (Of course, it's not shared to other ones.)

I've never downloaded any .exe file with pot of gold. If you say so that I walked in a pile of dog shit yes you are right. The service you provide is shit. At least, you could say ok we will unban your account and try to protect it this time. I don't think that you really care for your customers. When we pay you money you are the best, but no support in return. Anyway, I don't care for your shit service any more. Good luck to those who give there money in return for SHIT SERVICE.
 
@RickyFS I didn't hit pay out because of stat problem yesterday. When it come backs, can I hit payout today and will I get this week? Or Do I have to wait for next week?
