What errors are you getting from them? Did you try removing the password from settings & entering it in the link itself?

Yes i try, and it does not work , it gives me same error BROKEN_PLUGIN.
After i deleted from plugin ,user and pass,and eneter it manually in the link, gives me this error
ERROR_INVALID_ACCOUNT
Invalid Account Logins
Maybe they have limited RU (a certain number/hour?), because a few hours ago was working fine with the plugin.
I guess is their problem because from FS is working RU really fast

but i have a 4Mbps connection speed...
And still the files are not RU..
I really have a very bad experience with RU..never worked for me...somebody on wjunction told me that u shud be premium member to upload through RU...now when i bought premium membership i am not able to RU even a single file...Somebody help please

The referral link is to get affiliates to sign up under you and you earn a percentage on their earnings.
The premium ref link will give you a % of the sale, when someone clicks on it and buys a premium membership (if you get paid per sale)

I've just read on the forum i usually posted, that a few members from UK had trouble accessing filehosting site ( got blocked ). And then i've googling and found some related topics. BT as their ISP seems do that.
I know it's caused by ISP, but i hope Filesonic can do something regarding this situation.
Hope everything will be ok soon, since i have good sales from UK.

I got many complaints yesterday and today about it... But then, the same people that complaint, said that it is working now!
Btw, it also happened with other hosts!

This has proved to be quite complex, so I am really sorry I couldn’t give you more details earlier.
We have now found a routing issue that was causing the problem and this has now been resolved so these sites can now be accessed again.
