Logo and Icons Needed

Hello, I'm in need of a new Logo and new Forum Post Icons.

This is the current logo:

And these are the current forum post icons:

As you can see.... I need help!
I'm looking for a completely new Logo and Post icons.
Dimensions should be the same as the above logo and icons.

The design and style is up to you but must be able to complement the current default theme of the site.

If anyone wants to try, please do! Its very much appreciated.

I already have a few designers that have offered to do it for free.
Though, I'll see how their banners come out first. If they don't come out good, than i shall PM a request.. for a small payment. =p
