Neither of you even guided em towards the right direction,
Yes they are reputable and thus is why your account was suspended so your web site / account does not effect other sites on the web server, Have you tried emailing them or contacting them here ?

my sites were affected tooworking fine now...
i thought of raising a ticket with them, but now its solved...
Speak to them regarding this, i am sure they will guide you...
I submitted a support ticket this morning with the database errors and waited all day for a reply...
Suddenly...they sent me that reply only and suspended my account.

My365host was one of the best host out there. But now it is one of the worst. From that day, when XE technology solutions bought my365host, it started to suck. Xe solutions moved all my365host users to their server (which is slow and less powerful), ping is few times bigger than it was, and download/upload speeds are 3-4 times slower. With my365host my site ran smoothly for a 1 and a half year, now i can't keep it online for the damn 24 hours. Believe me, it's not worth to be on my365host anymore. By the way, yesterday they got complaint from "Beachbody" company and simply suspended my account X-(:facepalm: Now it's more than 10hours while i trying to get a backup... So i am unable to move to new host...

Seems that is happening a lot as these hosts get more customers. All claim that they don't oversell but then explain why sites with the same exact amount of traffic and database usage get suspended after 6 mos or a year?
It is a shame but that is how it goes. It has happened to me many times with many hosts.
One I was hosted on over 3 years and it was a closed forum so nothing ever changed but they suddenly said I was using too many resources. I always ask for them too show me the script or mysql query that is the culprit but seems they never have it.
Point I am making is there are thousands of hosts you can move your site. Just make nightly db backups and weekly or monthly file backups.
IMO ALWAYS pay by the month. This yearly savings is not worth the hassles of fighting with a host when it takes 15 minutes to move site and usually 1-2 hours to propogate it.
