FM (overall) seems to be ok (apart the FM counter delay - actually might be more than 6 days now)

no problems ether in copy and/or move files.

This operations work 99%

VERY VERY rarely 1 file can not be copied but this problem looks like solved already.

Wait for mass-rename files (as promised :) ) but most important is FM counter compared to mass rename to get solved somehow :)

p.s. ftp ok ;)

i just cant remember what it is...if i remember rightly,it had some rapidleech plugins and some other stuff.can you please post that link??

@ omskie1: I don't normally do these requests.

You purchased the account the 12th of march. On the 19th a dispute was opened (loss of Premium). On the 20th this dispute was favoured to us. You need to message support via Contact Us and explain to them why you opened a dispute (not me)

@ skully: Yes, but since September we've been adding servers to the arsenal, improving them, and recently we've deployed new things to our system to make everything BETTER for everyone (except for the sacrifice of file manager count & some files not working optimally)
 
hy ricky Sopport aria but a question to you if you do not mind, I've been looking at something the forum and the "Servers" that come and pay for downloads, there are some that modify the terms are a little more per download, or make an offer I would ask if we could add upgrades or something as fileserver is one of the most stable servers, and if you believe that any improvement will be even more "rigid"
 
some times the zoom uploader up my files at 50-60mb/s :D (upload a file from 1gb in lees than a minute) but the most time the upload only reach the 1.5mb/s

why can be this?

Yeah whats the deal? I tried to download an old file and firefox said the server was down (which also means no one else can download it right?)

So is that file just erased forever or will it be back once the server is back up?

Also I cant copy any files. It says something like I dont have any space (but I have a premium acct?)

And it would be NICE to see the download counter work again (cause it hasnt worked for me since March 6th)...

On the bright side, I havent had any problems with any payments in months!:)

And if any of these problems were already discussed here, my apologies.

El ftp está puteado de nuevo..... esta vaina ya se stá poniendo cansona con fileserve, tantos problemas y bugs en el servicio.

The ftp is fucked again.. iam waiting for files that i uploaded two hours ago...
Now i am starting to understand why the sharing sites are using more filesonic than fileserve, but filesonic have ftp problems to... so i dont know, maybe is bocouse them have an excelent and fast filemanager and pay 10usd more than fileserve, or maybe by the thing about thier excelent DMCA system, or maybe is becosue the problem in the image below dont happens there in filesonic, maybe is becouse some files in fileserve are imposible to download or download at half (the downloads stops at 98% and dies), or the web says to the free users that the file is no longer aviable but there is if you are premium, or maybe is becouse the download sometimes starts at the 30 secs if you're premium or at the 3 minutes if you're free... who knows....

Ricky, you know i really apreciate fileserve, but its a true, the uploaders are migrating to filesonic, iam not sayin that i will do that, but for now find the last releases in fileserve links is imposible, all are in filesonic, this is a very big problem to me (i only have premium in fileserve)

so please do someting (i know you are do someting, but do it harder)

Good luck ricky, i really hope that fileserve be the best filesharing host :D
