How do i create own auto submitter for DDL's

I mean say u want to submit to few chosen DDL's

Can anyone guide me so that its all setup properly and the links are submitted in right manner without problems

Ontopic: There is source code of elj's submitter, he posted it here on WJ, search for it you might find it useful, I don't think it's working tho as it's pretty old.
