I'm with Levac for sometime now.Overall the server is almost perfect.Had some minor problems,That's usual with any server.The best thing about servers is up-time.If you need a true 99.9% up-time server then go with levac.Well it was never down for me yet.

Yes, you can use it as seedbox and you will also get FTP access for downloading purpose not for hosting though (aka public FTP).
