Its all running okay now...
I currently a have VPS with them. They have absolutely spectacular uptime. I recommend them.

Any hosting provider that changes that price without letting you know is just a money hungry provider if I was you I recommend changing your providers / grabbing a backup of your account if you had more then 1 downtime within 1 month.:'(
