@ uzzlic: So what's your point? You said you couldn't login, now you're backpedaling and saying you used the FTP. Point proven, 1-0 me.

Why are you even thinking to use our FTP when we've been down for 2.5 hours? Try to wait another 30 minutes before putting anything through since tasks need to reset. Genius move.

All your links are not 0 download if they have been downloaded. File Manager is lagged behind with about 1 hour now. As real time as it gets, so what are you really talking about? Try to download your own file, get your 1 real download for it and see for yourself in 1 hour. Have fun and good day. Thanks for using our professional service.

Too much brainpower to press a few pages back to check what's up. Instead they use my brainpower to repeat what I've said a hundred times.

You aren't pushing any dictators off their x-decades of control of a country: You're talking to a fileserve rep about your problem that is...? I still don't catch on. Our file manager count is up to date and updating now regularly; you're saying: Dollar problem? Go have a chat with Bernanke at the US Treasure Department, not us.

Ok , saw i will tell you now all the problems you have (if you want to accept ..ok...if not ....ok too :D)
First thing ...you are telling me "use professional service" after downtime lol (1-1)
I was trying to login in the downtime ( because you was saying i changed the problem with ftp....etc ), and this is happen (your site going very slow when is a lot of users inline (ex: every friday night)
Ftp problems (not everytime) -i am going to sleep and put 10 .rar's to up and i have only 8 showing me in file manager
my links i dont posted are down
Premium user- downloading with 300 kb?? maybe in a godd day 500!!:D
The statistics are not delayed with an hour how you say it's delayed with one day!! this depends ....maybe two
Fileserve is the only service that is giving my links down if someone is sending my links to you and it's says is illegal ...lol-do it just when the producers is sending a mail or something!
And something very "professional" every time i send an message through site (contact us) never get an answer....i must come here and telling you ...very professional....go an another site and talk to someone from our staff lol lol lol =))

@ uzzlic: Downtime: 2.5 hours wasn't caused by us. It is like when the Federal Government decides to turn off your light. Not much you can do about it. Still 1-0.

Your links that you haven't shared are down? If they give 404, how about you report them instead of trying to do DIY movements on things you can't DIY without the help of us? As stated before, we know about 404 and that will be gone within 3-4 weeks. Try again then.

Premium user speed: 300? I download with 800-900 KB/sec and I sit across the world in Hong Kong. I have a hard time believing you're even pulling that speed unless you have paid for more. In that case, call your ISP and complain that the routing from US isn't like stealing your next door neighbour's wifi (which you shouldn't).

The File Manager stats are up to date now. I just haven't been informed and went from the last given information that it was 24 hours. I checked it myself and can verify it is up to date now.

sorry to get into this here Rick,but as for download speeds i dont own a premium account,and get better then 300kb/s most times as a free user. So whoever is stating they get that or less as premium may want to consider talking to their ISP instead of complaining here lol

As said, I know our speeds are healthy. Speed doesn't come from air, but only people like uzzlic would think that, thus we must be a very unprofessional service //sarcasm.

man i must leave in moments ....i want stay to clarify all (it will take a day) ....just the speed..... i have the best internet account from here (really 100 MB) and i am not using wi-fi. From torrents for example from US i am downloading with 1,5 MB
