Nulled Scripts in Hostgator?

I am gonna buy a Host Gator account soon, so needed to ask one question.

Do they ask for license of your scripts randomly ? Or they wait for some complaints until they ask for the license of your scripts?

i had a nulled script for ages with hostgator, but i never got dmca notice from it

hmm thinking to use some nulled scripts but my primary website would be in wordpress = legal.

The site which i am going to use a nulled one, i am not gonna declare it to anyone, just among few friends, and its not IPB and stuff just a nulled template.

So is there high risk to get caught even for that?

and stay away from on shore hosting if your using nulled scripts are linking warez
