This is obviously a mod gone bad after removal.
try this:

just delete the table from your phrase manger goto admincp > Languages & Phrases > Phrase Manager > Search in phrase "vbh_legende_permissions"

if this doesn't work create the missing field using this mysql query :

alter table usergroup add vbh_legende_permissions tinyint(1) default 0;
