Background doesn't looks that well it should be according to your template which is quite black and white . And I think it would look more better if the main content table would be more wider , also favicon is missing , rest menu and other things look fine..

Well as compared to the screenshot of previous theme, this looks a lot better. Put some logo as only site name not looking that good. Rest all looks fine to me.
