Still no details here either (Ordered yesterday), but they said they are fixing something on the new server so I guess its still being fixed

I knw mate so sorry yesterday server went bad i was almost on call wid them for 20 mins arguing y do i have to pay extra for it. And ended up upgrading the server.

Point is its 6 AM i just woke up started cPanel installation MAX will setup account
 
@EnCiPh3r. It is not a false statement. It is just a feedback that I got your service and not able to use it in the second day. The statement is 100% true as my Sborg is still not working. and I dont need prem as well. I have to give feedback when nobody was there to address my issue.

refund is not required as i know u r a good service provider. just wanted to wake u up. Just see that the renew date should be 1 month from the date i start using the service.
 
I ordered and paid for the service two days ago, now tells me that it commissioned a license for me that is still waiting. Is it a special license to me when she needs that much time or is this normal? I do not know whether they can trust the people in support, but slowly I'm losing patience. Tell me that you are waiting so long to be easier for me.;) Thanks!
 
Yes, I am constantly in contact with them but this is not a professional one if are they already doing. I have learned to work professionally with such things, so this surprises me.
