hmm, you complain about them but never show your screen shots as I did, I download great from usershare, maybe post a link you have trouble with , it may be server specific.Other user here have great speeds uploading and downloading

Don't use this host!
They throttle free users to 10-20 kb/s. Just had a talk yesterday with one of the staff, he changed the speed to a bigger limitation (70-100 kb/s) but today they changed it back to 10-20 kb/s.
Really slow, i mean REALLY slow download speeds, even from a host who wants premium users (8-10 hours download / 500 mb, that is ridicoulos)

If you are concerned about your users and don't want to loose your downloaders, don't use this cheapskate host. (not even allowing 60-80 kb/s, hilarious)

Avoid them, thats my opinion!

I assure you we do not throttle speeds,we have no need to, we are performing upgrades to a section of our network to incorporate the changes users have been asking for, this is the cause of the low speeds you experience on that premium server(it will not last much longer).My guess is when you called, he/she stopped the updates, and started them again in non-peak hrs.

Next week the features to be released include:

Webmoney merchant added
Moneybooks merchant added
Fail-over FTP servers
Increase in percentage referrals
Better Payment system(Users see money pending, when it is due,etc)
