The best way to do it is via rsync command : rsync -avz --progress folder_to_copy new_destination (if this is on the same server)

Its very hard to find a decent paying company, the best out there is google, but they have too many restrictions, but most trustworthy .I'd say use google till they ban you loll, I made a killing with them 3,000 per mth, but they banned me,but paid.Unlike adbrite, which is a big!! scam

hmm, you complain about them but never show your screen shots as I did, I download great from usershare, maybe post a link you have trouble with , it may be server specific.Other user here have great speeds uploading and downloading
