Bro , just go on support. And told em it was fraud , u will get refund easier. only i think , 2-4$ will be missing , because of some costs. You will get money in day or two. I got million times money back when someone scams me , you can't get back money if you use LibertyReserve or MoneyBookers.

If you think you can DDoS him with program , you can't. You need botnet , with few K's servers.
