alright, i'm high right now. so my judgement may be a little off. that's why i'm resorting to you guys, members of wjunction to decide whether or not i'm really high and not thinking right, or if i am in fact, correct! SO! lets get to it.

i am coming back from a recent 3 or so day ban from wjunction. primarily for "insulting member(s)". the warnings i received were from mrpeanut420.

Now! if some of you will recall mrpeanut420 was an active video creator guy thing dude. he created a number of videos, promoting other websites, going through the generalized rules of wjunction, and a couple of videos of him insulting a number of wjunction members.

SO! is it logical for me to be banned for insulting members, when the guy who banned me, was off making youtube videos insulting members himself.

I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.

Well Wjunction dont allow insult to other members. Mods dont make an exception to that rule. You should not insult others as no one likes to be insulted.

If you think MrPeanut has insulted other members...Post proof here(links to post) and PM el_jentel1 or any admin.

Creating video thing isn't against rules, insulting is

LOL videos insulting other members is not allowed. Insult using any KIND OF MEDIUM is not allowed.

Post proof or you are not making any sense -_-
 
Just wondering. Are you guys honestly saying that somewhere, in the signup form of wJunction, there's a legal clause saying you can't insult members of wJunction through any medium?

You can't stop people insulting others through youtube, etc. The rules only apply to this board. Not youtube, not msn, not anything else that you guys use to talk to each other.

Doesn't this insult members too? It doesn't matter where, we supposed to support each other not to act like 7-years old kids. No offence to MrPeanut and Chris so take it easy ;).

So that means the site is open to abuse by other members? Sure what goes, on youtube stays on youtube, but not where you post it on here for people to see. Doesn't stay youtube now does it?
 
Well, chrishoppus, even if you say MrPeanut420 insulted someone, but now he changed ? Isn't he ?

You insulted people, you were banned. Now you are unbanned. Think as if you have been given a second chance, so you won't disrespect/insult any other member.

Bottom Line : Logically sounds NO. He insulted, he changed. You insulted, you have to change now.

If you post it on here, it becomes a different issue altogether, as you are now using the site to attack members as much as youtube.

However, nowhere in this thread does it say that MrPeanut posted his videos on wJunction (although he may have, and I just don't know about it), and he is perfectly within his rights to express his feelings on youtube.

EDIT: Regarding people saying the admins do as they want. They are perfectly within their confines to do as they want on their site.They make the rules, and unless you have a higher authority to go to and complain to, what's stopping them from insulting everyone? You can complain and bitch about what they do, but in the end it's their choice.
