Install w3-total-cache and get your hosting provider to install or enable memcache.

compress with gzip. cache all pages, also not only the posts, but the pages on which the posts are listed too. cache your sitemap. and you should be fine. so that when people access your site, they just read HTML, no php. simple as that. + config your http server.

If you're using shared hosting(looking at the suspend page)...it might due to high traffic? if this's the case..just switch host ot upgrade to vps
