servers are machines yes you are right but if you have some decent ones in the first place they dont breakdown 5 times a week

You should also mention in your Ad that the hosting is for 3 days a week as the rest of the days there is some sort of failure!

What happened to your 24/7 support you reply to a ticket 6-10 hours later

You have too many problems

My advice spend a bit more on you equipment and upgrade it. offer a better service then offer hosting when you are 100% sure of how to run a hosting company!

Otherwise you will have more dissapointed customers.

Totally agree with you mate I also understand company's may have a failure everynow and again its life

But this guy has some sort of failure more a less Everyday! OH And thats without a miss too

As for running Vulletin you cant modify the css {suhosin issue}
And you cant upload attatchments {timeout}

He says its due to security never had this issue with any other host

Perhaps you should get a reseller acount with solidnode {viz0n} and offer a proper service like he does. He might be able to give you a few tips on how to run a proper hosting company too

Each server costs more than $500/month. Perhaps you can make better server than HP or a better HD than Seagate rather than advising. And for your information even 24 HDs can breakdown in a day, no one can predict it. It was only twice that the HD failure occurred this month and not everyday,

And for each HD failure the server was offline for only around an hour. You are saying as if your server was down for days.
 
Big avoid, i could post loads of chatlogs with their support but i'll give you it in 3 lines;

Bad support.
99.9% downtime.
Shitty hardware.

My feeling is that they dont even know what they are doing, and bentink thinks they are doing great 95% satisfied customers lmfao. And who cares if they server is down or apache, our websites need apache to run so its freaking down. Stop making excuses and close it down, i also have a vps with no burst of what so ever. Big waste of time and money, wjunction should remove these guys cause they suck ass! To be sure i'v backuped everything in case they remove my site, cause on digitalpoint somebody lost their complete website thanks to a faulty backup of WebShitHosting.

1. You got your hosting account for free
2. You only ordered guaranteed memory, and no burstable memory
3. As we made you lose and you are not satisfied with us, your site now redirects to http://lin2.webthosting.com/suspended.page/ Open a ticket if you want your site unsuspended. I suspended your site as you were making loss from our host but were still using it. We will never delete your account unless there is an overdue invoice.
4. We always make friendly behavior with our clients but some clients think it unprofessional.
5. We restored your databases for free

The problems were there only 2 days for a few hours and you people say 99.9% down.

It is not like that sir. You said "suck ass" in your post which is an abusive word. Please read our TOS. For only around a downtime of total ~ 2-3 hours due to unfortunate failures you made a decision it was down 99.9% time. I said you to open a ticket to unsuspend your account. I will unsuspend your account soon. Please refrain from using abusive words in the future.

As per our TOS which you agreed to we can suspend your account if you use any abusive word.

And the VPS specs changed later. If you had any VPS problems can I have the ticket #?
 
When i orderd the VPS there was already 512MB burstable ram, when i ask something about the VPS i get the message that it is a unmanaged VPS. But by the looks of it i didnt make the mistake but you guys did.
