Winrar is very fast , great downloading and uploading speeds and lagging is none.

The server in NL is not going so well, the network isn't able to provide speed more than 1MB/s to US filehosts. I'm working on fixing this or moving back to 100TB.com servers. This may delay new orders but still booking your spot will keep you safe :D
