So what happend to my vps (217.23.6.51)? I paid you in billing page on Sept 20 (Transaction ID: 91205637FR4058634) and the payment sent to support@worldstream.nl. My vps is dead and useless since Sept 19th till today. Worldstream said, they WILL NOT refund my money unless they receive agreement from you. The debt are between wrzhost and worldstream but Worldstream took (theif) my money without my agreement and my vps is gone or dead or not available anymore in billing page.

And compensate the lost days I got.

That's the dns that needs to update,the old main account of wrzhost was suspended but we have a new server already.

Thanks to all the people who offered me help but currently there is a lot that needs to be sorted out first.
I was also thinking about bringing the wrzhost forum back,maybe you guys can help with that,everyone can help everyone.

You keep going about saying "it takes time". Your clients has their business to do too please....at least tell them an ETA? Do u know what's that? Around 3 days, around 5 days, 1 year, 10 years ...... etc..learn to make your clients feel confident again(or give us a hint that we're not going to get our paid server back, at least) and not round and round and in the end we're still worrying more than you..

I worked from 6am to 6am yesterday to get everything in order.
I had to send out a lot of mails about bills,reboots, etc... and you know it takes a bit of time before you get replies from datacenters so that's why I decided to do that first, without servers there are no clients and vice versa.
Today I decided to start with answering all support tickets so you can expect a reply within a couple of hours with a solution to your problem.
Clients can also expect a mass mail with more info and future plans.
Support will go through whmcs again and not through kayako so please if you had any tickets open on kayako just open a new one on whmcs at

You got to give me a bit more time than a day to sort things out.

All the tickets are answered as fast as possible, I know the support team answered some this morning and I will do the rest now.

I wish I could say exactly when servers would be back but since it's been about a year that I managed wrzhost I don't know yet how fast setups and reboots are done during weekends etc...
I'm doing my best to get all the servers up again and I'm sorry if it's taking longer than you expected.
 
Bringing back the support forum is a good idea, if enough staff the forums could work in your favour in the long term.

I found a very old backup of the wrzhost forum so I might just upgrade that,the forum brought us a lot of traffic too but I need to bring all the servers back first and make the clients that are left happy again, that's the only job I need to do atm.
 
My vps is back now but with dovecot error. So, email are useless for now.

Please try to upgrade to the latest version, that might help.
Else drop a ticket at wrzhost support and I'll have a look at your dovecot logs.

@tippie, my server seems to be back. Will this be permanent?


We solved the problems on the russian server which was a blocked ip problem,the datacenter didn't notice us that an ip was blocked. Most of the NL servers are back.
