man first time someone trusted offer managed service now don't need to be worried, i am going to buy now you order more for your more customers xD
 
I think there is a confusion going on here
So specially to you Viz and all (just so you can know)

Managed means that your server will remain online always 100% (not 99.99%) and you wont ever meet any hardware fault, server will remain optimized always, no ddos attacks, etc etc ALL THESE THINGS CAN ONLY BE DONE BY THE DC FOR A DEDICATED SERVER

Now for viz what you must have meant must be full support, installation of all things you want, technical support, optimization, etc etc
These Things are called Semi Managed and not Managed

Other hosters correct me if I am wrong

No, we don't provide cPanel , but you can get it at your own at just $14

we have team of managing servers, we will handle the server (no support for free control panels as they are buggy) we will monitor the server, we will install security suite on your server, we will handle all, if there will be any downtime , it will be only from ND for maintaince else no downtime at all and hence this can be called as managed (fully)
