Females are popular in the upper scene.. although I know a few webmasters who are women. Her site closed a whlie back however. There's a female admin on a well known warez site.. not uncommon. :)
 
I haven't seen much females in the scene.
One of my mods on the old warezfactory was female and she was specialized in porn :)

There are a lot of females on internet marketing forums I visit but most of them are old and ugly :)
 
Females often go by different identities, they tend to have different ones to suit the occasion :) warez is mostly a male dominated world after all... sometimes it's easier to blend in than to stand out ;) when I used to be admin of a well known site I used to get the occasional joke or question or 'fresh' pm :D but on the whole people were cool.

Women get treated like queens on warez forums, Ive seen sites that even have a differant usergroup for females (yes colored pink).
