Hello Friends & Admin,

I bought Dedi BS1 Plan from Stroming and after 3days he given me detail of my Dedi server.than i start installing Rapidleech and Rutorrent to check downloading speed of torrent and its was only 2MB/s and uploading speed via Rapidleech to Hotfile/Fileserve(located to US) speed is not more than 1MB/s

I am still having issues and he said that they have changed my port
but nothing has been changed at all

this is the 7th day from the date i buyed from him

@piratsko yes i told him to Refund but he is not giving my money back
 
How many times do i have to say he is not a scammer ok he gave you a server from a different dc and its abit slow BUT from what he has shown me and i have seen you instantly become rude your ordered a dedicated server on a friday after the dc was closed for the weekend he got you the server as soon as he could (which was a monday) to which you tell him its slow less then 15 minutes pass and you send another 2 tickets in the 3rd you go "GIVE ME A REFUND SCAMMER" or to some extent less then an hour later he replys and nicely he didn't say fuck off or get lost NO he said im speaking to the dc about the issues which may take a little while to sort then you start demanding a refund to which he replys he doesn't do refunds on dedicated servers (which is in his terms of condition) however he offered to help you out of his own pocket to which you refused now you keep saying on the chatbox hes a scammer to which hes not hes done everything he can to help you and you keep refusing he will not give a refund on a dedicated server simple as (as i proved with scopehosts and a now defunct webhosting company owner all of which say no refunds on dedi's) a side note if hes so much of a scammer why would i have his personal bank details and be sending him money nearly every month? stormings one of the most trusted users on wj i've ever dealt with hes one of like 5 people on wj who has my real details even my phone number.
 
omfg another thread that has nothing to do with scamming but has scamming all over it.

fail.

just ask for refund if you dont like speeds.

Right as I've said to you many times before we are waiting news back from the data center and AS STATED in your previous "STORMING IS A SCAMMER THREAD" There was a simpel mistake in the DC's since we operate out of 2 different ones within the USA.

The server is indeed on a 1gbps port as I stated to you before. I did not say what speeds etc you will eb getting elsewhere around the world since i have not used them for this nor will i ever be using them for this which is why its not advertised as that since i do not know myself.

Now I've just got my head aorund Rapidleach ( I've honestly not used it before) and from what i can see it is reaching 2mbps + upload and sometimes jumps upto above 8mbps from monitoring it.

That was to Fileserve its self. To Rapidshare you can expect it to be ALOT lower since its the other side of the world from where the server is located.

For the simple fact you have been so rude it does make me wodner why i'm sitll trying to help you in this situation - I've had non stop comments about me being a scammer to you, you being rude and now another topic about me being a scammer. As stated in our Terms of Service (In which you agree to) we do not provide refunds on Dedicated servers or VPS servers.

I've done many of transactions on Wjunction with members some being small amounts of money and some being rather large amounts of money and no one has ever had a single complain or anything like this before.

Giving dedi from wrong DC was a simple mistake....110$ arent tht easy to earn for those simple mistakes.

I guess terms hold if thing is delievered properly?

He may be rude I agree but it doesnt change the fact that he has all the reason to be angry? he might hav contained his abuse a bit but ...

I've just got 800kb's and lower speeds from softlayer.......

I would not blame it on the location all the time. as i think you need to look for a much better datacenter.

Also. A mod posting on someone's behalf. you cannot trust everyone on the internet. as some people just get to greedy.

The speed of the server is fluctuating a lot.
He's not a scammer. but you should really test a DC Before Purchasing from, them....
 
aaaahh , such a cry baby, can't even wait for some days, you should wait until 2 weeks or more then create a scammer thread, you know what i think ?
