Is wrzhost.com sold?

I have renewed my 1 month small package ( & then I`ve got more days cz of downtimes ).
So my payment considered as advance payment.

I`ve paid you that off but you didnt refunded it as per my request.

(7 day money back policy got flushed away..it was requested just another day my billing date begins...)

I`ve changed to a better host & Request my plan cancellation...!!


Voila.

My plan canceled as per my request immediately but I`m still awaiting my payment.
It`s 28/8/2010 (13 Days) & my support ticket is un-answered...!!
I`vent got my refund.

What is your excuse for this now ?

I was overloading server thats why you are not refunding me ??
Or cz I`ve changed from you thats why ??

2.45$ ( or whatever exact is that ) isnt a big amount for you but yeh it is for starters...

I`ve tried contacting at old place & new place but hvnt got any answer till now...

Now tell me the reason & give your fu*king excuses...
 
I'd stop wasting my time if i where u, They closed my ticket 4 times without reply when i asked them to get my domain back. 1plus1hosting is cleaning up the entire server(s) and if u ask any of the wrzhost retards here none of them knows anything.
 
You guys gotta remember theres always 2 days to a situation and if you were losing money and time you guys would also dump the site...

Like i said it is good that you have come back but i still want to know why no one was told about the shared part getting sold you cant just give everyone flaky reasons that dont lead anywhere

Also you might want to edit the 1st line in your 1st post as i find that missleading because it has been sold

WrzHost no longer supports Shared Accounts, so get over it!
Find another host, or try your luck with the new company who bought the shared accounts.

by continuing this bickering, you will gain nothing. it's sad to say, but no one really cares what you have to say. as someone said somewhere (i don't remember where lol sorry), there's always 2 sides to a story. in all of their shared hosting clients, they feel they got screwed. however in the eye's of wrzhost, "it's just business". -- when it really comes down to it, it's not that wrzhost didn't want to warn anyone of what happened. (or maybe they did, not sure). -- but when you run a business you will realize that you have to make quick decisions, if you get a really good offer, you're going to take it! and that's what wrzhost did.

so please, stop arguing, stop posting about it. again just MOVE or stay where you are. it's as simple as that.

The reason for everyone making threads is because they have still not given a clear answer to why no one was told

Ah now i understand why they dont support paypal anymore, everybody probably claimed and now i have to look for a other host because they didnt use paypal anymore. Seriously wrzhost is runned by idiots.

Are you a self-appointed policeman of this forum or what? Wrzhost customers are complaining of piss poor support and non-issuance of refunds and I believe they are within their rights to complain.

yeps i agree with u man!i think the customers put their trust in that company and they just f*cked the customers! and wat sandino is saying is that u should just unzip your pant and tell the company come on fu*k me harder :D
 
I'm wondering if wrzhost also sell the semi-dedicated hostings to other company.

I purchased some days ago a package and still not reply.
 
I'm asking for a bit more patience here.
I'm integrating myself again into wrzhost and I will be running things again.
wrzhost had to deal with a lot of problems lately but it won't be long until it will become the most stable company again.

My vps with this scammer (wrzhost) is dead since 3 days ago. Refund my money back I just paid you 2 days ago X-(.


Same here Drakul, I'm getting tired of dealing with these people, if the just came clean and just said there having problems, I would have respected them more.

Read my post above,I said wrzhost had a lot of problems lately which I'm trying to sort out.

I believe the debt problem are between wrzhost and worldstream.nl. Do worldsteram have anyright to take my money ? I was not worldstream customer.

This is just a temporary solution we worked out with worldstream until I have sorted things out.
