-IMO, this area is way too wide, you should definitely look to combine the top header and this area so it fits better and looks better
-Get a new logo
-Remove the sidebar on the right, looks awkward

well make the forums section wider, get a better logo and favicon.

The favicon looks kinda distorted (dunno if thats the exact word)

That's the nicest thing i could say about it.

I like the look of it, nice and clean. Just two things to fix (maybe three)
1. Fix your logo (the text) looks like shit and you put NO effort into it..
2. Change the descriptions, from "Download _______" I know that's great for SEO but it looks really robotic for the member

and if you can, move the katzporn button to the sidebar and have the main katz button centered.

I can't do GFX.
It was a fast free job by a member here on WJ.

if u add some social bookmarking sharing button like addthis , you can boost ur traffic through social network..(my gusess)

submit posts to katz with more filehost (at least five ), in that way ur post will be remain alive long time in katz and other ddl site.. (my assumption)
