SparkGate Clients Please read

All the clients of SparkGate please note. Please take all the backups of ur site, DB & whatever. Please move to another host.

As the already existing clients must be knowing that the VPSs are offline from a long time. This is because the server expenses are not paid yet. The staff is not responding from last 10 or 15 days. Dunno what the problem is with this guys.

I have called the DC & have asked them to enable the servers, so they have enabled the servers for 72 hrs. Take the backup b4 ur data is Gone

That was very nice out of the dc to turn the servers on.They could have told you to piss off,see there are nice people in the world

I couldn't believe this :P

What DC is this? They seem amazing. Most others will be like - backup?! no sorry, maybe you have too much content which will mean more bandwidth ... which isnt free, or they can make all them fake excuses....

oh well.

Pretty sad to see a well talked about host just drop there clients and run with the money..

If anybody needs help please feel free to contact me and I'll help you with your backups etc if need be.

There could be many reasons, but we will never know unless someone in their staff responds. If anyone needs help with taking backups, feel free to contact me :).

i'm also "dropped" without information client of sparkgate. Anyone have good contact with Ecatel NL? It would be great to have my fresh files back.

I dont think it is Ecatel. Ecatel doesn't have a phone number, and the one on their WHOIS doesnt get picked up.

@humour what dc is this? :)

He didn't call, what he meant by call is using the ticket system...
Ecatel uses the name staff.nl when signing tickets and their signature is exactly like the one shown in that snapshot.
 
Client Takeover & Transfer‏

'm Amanda Rose and you get this email because your have an account with SparkGate.

I have discussed it with SparkGate owner that I will take over their business in order to establish new company under NEET Host LLC. Although I personally only have a few experience in hosting related business but you will see the same support staff like Mr. Chris & Miss Asako as our executive staff working to help me out handling previous SparkGate client.

Together, we will start to transfer some of client from SparkGate Hosting Solutions as we already takeover the management of SparkGate. This also means that you will have a new record with us and we are absolutely not liable for any damage caused by previous owner neither we will try to make every single data which is lost available again.

Some of available server will be sold to me this mean any client in it will be transfered to NEET Host. You are free to either continue the services at a new term or terminate it by end of this month *only for vps client. USA server shared, reseller client need to provide provide of advance payment to us so that we can make necessary changes to your account.

Only 1 Germany server will be transfered besides 3 USA server so if you have an account in another location, you are is not included in our client takeover list and you can ignore this email.

Due to the difference in billing information we are unable to get your account information from previous owner, please make sure you have the information for you account updated with us. A new plan new, new prices will be introduced to you but I will try to make sure that this new prices match the quality of our services.

I do regret this happen to you but we at NEET Host will try to make things right with your help.

charge back. if you paid with say like paypal; just tell them what happened, the hosting failed, now supposedly they are being taken over by a new company. and you paid yesterday. you just want your money and leave so you don't continue to have problems.
 
I'm sorry to inform you that this server is not on our list for a client
transfer. There will be no Netherlands server available on our services.

So I wanted to
continue but the servants of the Netherlands, then I have to get the
money back
 
me too i paid them like 3 days ago and the worst part is that i don't have a backup for my sites; is there anyway i can get it?
